Getting Here
We are located on the 4th floor of Apex Medical Tower, Westlands. The building has on-site basement parking (validated for patients) and is accessible by public matatu along Waiyaki Way. Lift access is available from the ground floor lobby.
How to Prepare for Your Appointment
A little preparation ensures your consultation time is spent on clinical assessment, not administrative onboarding.
What to Bring
- Your current spectacles and/or contact lenses
- A list of all medications you are currently taking
- Any previous prescription, optical report, or eye specialist letter
- National ID or passport
- Insurance card or scheme membership details
- Sunglasses for after the appointment if dilation is anticipated
Important Notes
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your patient registration form
- Contact lens wearers should remove lenses 2 hours before the examination
- If dilation drops are likely, you should not plan to drive immediately after
- Inform our reception of any known eye drop allergies at the time of booking
- Please give 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment

We also accept all major debit and credit cards, M-Pesa, and cash. Direct billing is available for most listed schemes — please confirm at the time of booking.
